For Important Letter To Arrive

Hi Phamily:

I'm all set to go to Bolivia. Well, kind of. With the exception of one important thing:

I AM WAITING FOR A NOTARIZED LETTER TO ARRIVE FROM BOLIVIA.

The letter is being tracked. Last status is that it is at a sort facility in La Paz, Bolivia. There is no update after that -- which I think says that it hasn't made it into the US yet.

Please pray up a storm -- I have about 12 days to get it. My original plan is to go to the consulate on Friday, but without the letter that's impossible. I can go next week, or even apply for it at the border, but without that letter I am in trouble.
