Thanks for posting-is there where Sr Marie Angelique is?
[/quote]
I'm pretty sure it is.

BTW, in case you haven't seen it, Sr. Marie Angelique's blog from before she entered is very razzle dazzle.

Her blog is (was) amazing!

From what I have seen they seem like a lovely community. I'm glad she was so at home there. :)

This is a wonderful PCC community!

Their website - http://www.poor-clares.org/

Their blog - http://www.pcheartponderings.blogspot.com

Nice article on them - http://www.catholicvirginian.org/archive/2012/2012vol87iss5/pages/parishprofile.html

And a video I posted on an Investiture ceremony in another thread (actually same sister from the above article) -

Thank you Chiara! Do you know how many are in community? On a youtube video, I saw a group picture with 15 sisters, but it did not have Srs Marie Angelique and Elise, and if it is an older pictures, some of the older Srs might be in Heaven now. The Roswell PCC monastery has 20 nuns, and I thought that was large, so I was seeing if that was the 'norm' in PCC communities.

Thanks. :)

If you look at the article Chiara posted there is a picture of the community that does seem to include Sr. Mary Angelique (still as a postulant) and Sr Marie Elise, I count about 13 sisters. And according to their blog they had a new entrance and another approaching!

I interviewed 9 of the PCCs of Barhamsville for my Master's thesis. They are indeed a really wonderful, beautiful, pious, inspiring community. They were so incredibly diverse and yet so loving, all. Mother Therese is such a kind, gentle, patient person. If I were considering PCC life, I'd have no qualms whatsoever about going to Barhamsville. In fact, it'd be the first place I'd go.

I hope this is in the right thread!

The newest post from the PC blog gives us a new picture of the two novices and a new postulant-AND an aspirant! They are so blessed with vocations.
