BeenaBobba Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Hi Colleen, Frodo is a handsome little dog. If Abby wasn't fixed, they'd have some cute puppies together! God bless, Jennifer
BeenaBobba Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Hi Esperanto, Your dog is so adorable! What breed is it? God bless, Jen
BeenaBobba Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004
BeenaBobba, your puppy's so cute! I think I need to buy me a puppy.
Thanks. She's not a puppy anymore, though. She's an 80+ lbs two-year- old. You should get a puppy! You can check and see if there are any at your local animal shelter (or you could locate a breeder if you wanted a purebred). I feel kinda bad for the animals in the shelter, and they're cheaper, too, so that's the route I'd go in getting a dog. God bless, Jennifer
azaelia Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 I call all dogs puppies. Even if they're full-grown dogs. I want to check out the animal shelter. Recently a good friend of mine got a Husky/German Shepherd mix from the shleter and he had sisters  I'm sure they're gone now. My dad has been anti-pet all my life just because they're so much work and we have such a big family. And on top of that we're moving. So no puppy for me

Ever since I was 8 years old, I wanted a dog. I begged and begged and begged, but he wouldn't give in. When I was ten, he got us a rabbit, which was okay, but it wasn't a dog, so I wasn't satisfied. Finally, when I was sixteen I successfully begged him enough and he gave in. And I got Frodo.

He's a very pretty dog, and he seems to be getting a little bit smarter lately. I love labs! Yours is very cute!
BeenaBobba Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004
That's how my dad was forever. Ever since I was 8 years old, I wanted a dog. My mom wouldn't let my brother and I get a dog when we were younger, despite our begging. One day when my mom was driving me home from school when I was 13, we saw kids holding puppies on the side of the road a little ways from my house. My mom wanted to stop to look at them, so we did, and I later decided to ride my bike to go and see them. I ended up taking one home to try to convince my mom to let us keep her, and when she saw how adorable the puppy was, she completely gave in. (Later, she went on to spoil that dog rotten. ) Unfortunately, Jasmine died of cancer six years later, and six months after that is when we got our most recent dog, Abby. God bless, Jen
Phazzan Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 I miss my doggie. My doggie ran away. He was a nice doggie too. He's up in heaven with Jesus now, playing with Lassie and that less popular dog turned failed moviestar as well.

She's such a good dog -- stupid, but good and affectionate. LOL. She'd probably die to save my family if someone broke into our house. God bless, Jen
He's up in heaven with Jesus now, playing with Lassie and that less popular dog turned failed moviestar as well.
Well, animals don't go to Heaven 'cause they ain't got immortal souls, but if you still want to see him again when you go to Heaven, ask Jesus to show him to you. Ha! It's kinda good that animals don't go to Heaven because my previous dog, Jasmine, who died of cancer, would have probably tried to chase all the saints. God bless, Jen
