They appear to still have a Benedictine nun serving at OLAM as superior. If you look at the first vows photos in their web site, it is a benedictin nun receiving the vows. Hasn't she been there more than 2 years in this role?

Also, does anyone know if the upper age limit for potential vocations to OLAM has always been 35 or have they increased it recently?
