Lexically closer the first time. Conceptually closer the second. The word you are looking for is bigamy.

I love them too but think there far to quick to ridicule and mock, instead of asking questions as to what somone is truely getting at. The o.t warns us against sarcasm and mockery, and our lord jesus says to not call anyone idiot. There are many ways to call somone idiot without actually using the word idiot.
