As far as it has been explained to me, the federal law on this is unconstitutional and the state laws are what are supposed to deal with this type of thing. Maybe BG will be able to explain more.

I wish. It's a big grey area to me. I've heard far more knowledgeable folks than I go back and forth on whose laws should hold supremacy on the weed issue. Sort of like Cali having medical marijuana be legal, but the feds shutting down certain dispensaries. Sorry I can't help!

Now for my picture...this is 86 year old Nita Bruemmer in Houston, she's a hospice care patient who missed the deadline for her absentee ballot but desperately wanted to vote one final time. Her son-in-law carries her into the polling station himself.

Related video... have posted before in VS but I don't think you go there often... remarkable women, the Servants of Mary, Ministers to the sick... go to nurse the sick in their own homes. I'm getting increasing respect for their ministry....
