My Church After The Hurricane

My beautiful old church where I worked for two years and attended for eight was hit hard by hurricane Sandy. She lost two windows (both ones that had recently been replaced, and none of the ones that needed to be) and water poured into the sanctuary.

Thankfully, the power came back on and the basement chapel was able to be used as the area for the very important Dia des los Meurtos celebration.

So prayers for my church, that insurance accepts the claims and life gets back to normal soon.
