missionseeker Posted November 13, 2012 Share Posted November 13, 2012 I still haven't found a place with the weekday chants. Most breviaries don't have the chants in them (that I'm aware of). Part of this is because they all follow certain formulas (psalm tones that are used specifically for the divine office) So, in an abbeys and monasteries where they do them regularly, the just know the formulas, which are rather easy to memorize after you learn them. So again, if you can't find them, I'd be more than happy to write them out for you.i can even pair them up with the appropriate hymns. I spent four years studying it and got my best grades writing out texts to chant formulas. I'm doing nothing with my degree right now, so I'd enjoy the task. Lol. Just message me if you need it. [/quote] I have been trying to find it here corpuschristiwatershed.com but the site is just so big, I am having trouble navigating it.
