I'm getting some [url="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009326LK4"]organic coconut chips[/url], ideas on what to do with them?

I like to roast mine. If they are unsweetened, maybe add a little sugar to them. (watch them closely- as they cook quickly!) They should be a nice brown.

You can bake with them.... great icing on top of German Chocolate cake. yum yum!
