Should I get a haircut? And what kind of hairstyle?

It has been a few years since I had my last haircut and I am kind of tired of having the same old hairstyle that I always had for a long time. I don't want my hair to be cut very short but only a few inches at the most. Also I rather have my hairstyle change a little bit so if you could post any pictures of pretty cool hairstyles. I have long curly and wavy hair that goes insane by being frizzy most of the time.

And you know how picky women can be! I can be very picky about my hair! I don't like it to be cut short just styled it differently!

Thanks!

It is nice to see you without a hat.  Hairstyles are not something I know a lot about.  I think your hair looks good.  My folks agree.

You could get it cut, layered and then highlighted. I never specify how much, I just let the lady cut away. She knows better than I :D

IMO- It depends on the shape of your face also. What is flattering to one is definitely not to another. I have a heart shaped face so I am limited on what I can do with mine. Do you know what shape your face is? Also do you ever straighten your hair or do you prefer it curly? Do you want bangs or no? Also what length is your hair right now?

I really don't know what my shape my face is except that is round as you can see in my profile picture. I don't straighten my hair because I prefer it to be curly and it would probably take  more than a hour to straighten my hair. I already have bangs which I like to have them pass my eyebrows because I don't want to look like my Mom who cuts her bangs a lot shorter. I would say right now my hair passes my ribs and if it was straigthen it would probably be touching my butt.

I can't seem to be able to just post the pics so I put the links below. I think the last to pics are the best. You might want to stay away from too thick of layers. Happy hair cutting!

Or oval-roundish... ok here are some ideas....

I think you bangs would look fun like this...

Or this

Here are some guidelines I found....

There are a few simple rules for round faces when it comes to what needs to be avoided.
Stay away from hairstyles that end chin length
Chunky, heavy bangs are a no no and only add weight to a round face.
Curls, the tighter the curl the more you stay away
Lastly medium length styles including bobs!
