I've read some of Fr. Gallagher's work. I have all three of his books on discernment (though I haven't read them all). And yes, some of the sisters I interviewed talked about the Ignatian Rules of Discernment (and Fr. Gallagher). The Passionists in particular seem fond of the Rules. They provide guided Ignatian retreats with trained, certified SDs (sisters in the community). A couple TOR sisters also mentioned using Ignatian prayer.
