Obviously, they want to make sure and see if the claims are invalid since this man was performing their favorite thing in the name of reproductive freedom. Everyone knows he is.But the list of things he is charged with is very long. It is not just the murders. In addition to the 4 1st degree murder charges (the others were thrown out by the judge... so infuriating... especially since they witnesses him killing 100s this way)... 1 3rd degree (the woman) but then there is also the infanticide (they apparently asked the judge for the definition of that), racketeering, 24 counts of 3-trimester abortions, and well over 200 counts of failure to follow 24 hour waiting period. I thought he was also being charged on the drugs in this case, but I guess they are going to try him later on that?
