And arent both options really the same thing? Since it hasnt been implement fully yet, reform and repeal are the same thing.

Does it offer everything we require to establish sustainable healthcare in this country? No, but it is a start, and erects a program through which it will be easier to make those changes towards a universal coverage system in the future.
