In and out  S L OW L Y  Big deep breaths.  The time will fly, the nerves will be calmed, the papers completed (with all the accompanying info/references/exams) that the Sisters need.  It seems overwhelming, hence the nervousness.  But Jesus and His Mother WILL get you through it.
