Isaiah 17, Damascus

[AugustineA]

I was reading Isaiah the other night and noticed a prophecy concerning Damascus. It says that Damascus will be utterly destroyed before the return of Christ. Now normally, I am not someone who pays very much attention to yet unfulfilled prophecies, because I am clearly not a prophet.. But this was interesting considering the tragedy happening in Syria right now.

Something to keep an eye on. It will be sad. Damascus is ancient.

Interesting...

The thing is, the prophecy has been fulfilled in its immediate context...
