OnlySunshine Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 I've been really trying to take care of myself by eating right and I just started exercising by dancing (which I love). I've stopped drinking sodas (been over 5 months already!) and stick to tea sweetened only with high-quality stevia and water. I've also eaten mostly vegetarian lately because the weaning from sugar has changed my taste buds to where I crave fruits and veggies. I'm staying away from preservatives and food dyes as much as possible. I do notice that my mood has improved significantly but I am noticing fatigue again. I think it's because I've lost 12-13 pounds already and I need my thyroid meds adjusted upward. Fortunately, I have an appointment for an annual check-up in early May. By then, I hope that my cholesterol and blood pressure are in the normal range and I'll have lost even more weight. Please pray for good health.
