She is a little girl who has just had a liver transplant. The transplant went well, but she's in incredible pain.

 

The donor was a nine-year old girl, and her parents, in their grief, made the selfless decision to donate her organs - a decision that has saved Sarah's life. Please keep them in your prayers too.
