Missionary Sisters of God's Love?  It looks like their 'uniform' (brown skirt, white blouse top)and also the type of poverty they practised when I knew them and admirable poverty.  When I knew them they also had a mini bus and all bar one probably were in their twenties.

Yep it's the MGL sisters :) Recognised a few that I know personally.
