Sponsa-Christi Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 I live not too far from the Sisters of Bethlehem in Livingston Manor, NY, and I’d be interested in making a retreat (that is, a regular, non-discernment retreat) with them at some point. However, I can’t seem to find any contact information for them anywhere on the internet! Has anyone made a retreat there before? If so, how were you able to go about arranging it? Many thanks! I hand-wrote them first, and then they wrote back and gave me their fax number (can't find it) and I called and faxed from there. they like to use the fax and don't have email. Sr Mary Catharine OP Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Yes, I and several of our sisters have received permission to go there on retreat. It's a wonderful place for retreat but usually you can't go in the winter months because the hermitages don't really have heat and the road is not very good. They might have changed that.
