Credo in Deum

Solemn Requiem Mass, male only schola, and no organ.

I would post the rest of the mass but I don't think this thing will hold it, lol.  Any way I'm sure you get the point.

1.) Be Thou my Vision
2.) Dear Lord and Father of Mankind
3.) Adoro te Devote, Soul of my Saviour (Communion)
4.) Thine Be the Glory

I would really like 'Lord of all hopefulness' for the second hymn, but it's the same tune as 'Be thou my vision'. I suppose I could insist on it - my friends and family always complain that I like to listen to the same music over and over again, and it would at least give them something to smile at on the day. :)

And to continue on the cheerful theme, what do you want inscribed on your tombstone? I would like one line from Psalm 116: "Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of his faithful."

"Please pray and have Masses offered for the repose of my immortal soul!"

I too am a fan of male-only choirs. There's something really deep and powerful about the male voice that I've always preferred over female ones, particularly in Gregorian chant.

I am not sure, but I know that I want the Celtic Song of Farewell which is the words to In Paradisum to the tune of Danny Boy.
