I don't mean to split hairs here, but I just want to make an important distinction.... the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration (Mishawaka, IN) and the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration (La Crosse, WI) are completely separate communities, with different founders and different constitutions. Although their names are similar, I just want to point out that they are not the same community.

I don't want to be rude to anyone, here on phatmass or either community, but I wanted to point out the distinction because it can be quite confusing!

Nope that is a very good point! I would not have noticed that unless you pointed it out. And with them being two different communities that is not "splitting hairs" in my book!

Many communities have extremely similar names. For example, at almost exactly the same time, two Polish-American communities of sisters were founded. One is the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph. The other is the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis!  THAT is confusing....

Sisters of Christian Charity - active -eucharistic spirituality/ daily adoration  http://www.scceast.org/

Along these same lines, the Sisters of Christian Charity (SCCs) are NOT the same as the Sisters of Charity or the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.

The Capuchin Sisters of Nazareth have a lot of adoration every day.  They have something like 2 hours in the morning and an hour in the evening.  Don't quote me on that but I've visited them a couple of times and I remember that adoration was very important to their daily prayer.

The Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in San Francisco do not seem to have been mentioned. They are cloistered contemplatives.

As a side note, their's is a very particular chapel: their cloistered section is at the back of the chapel by the looks of it, behind the other congregants.

The Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters have Perpetual Adoration and every Sister spends 30 minutes each day in Adoration

Trinitarians of Mary and the DSMME obviously. I thought Nashville also had daily adoration, but I may be wrong.

The Community of St John have daily Adoration. For the Apostolic Sisters the blessed Sacrament is exposed during the 45 minutes of silent prayer in the morning and each evening they have a Holy Hour.

I believe the Contemplative Sisters have a similar schedule but I remember hearing that they have perpetual adoration though I am not certain about that.

The contemplative sisters have a full hour in the morning and an hour in the evening on ordinary weekdays, Sundays, and holy days. There are additional opportunities on Friday and Sunday afternoons and all day Saturday (their "desert" day). Once in a while (the eve of a holy day, for example) the sisters will have all-night adoration. And there are always other opportunities popping up: some priories offer monthly children's adoration, for example. Basically, adoration is the sisters' favorite thing to do and they find all kinds of excuses to do it. ;)

Thank you all so much for your help in this question of mine!

It has been SOOO helpful and for that I'm grateful!

Keep listing communities if you have any new ones that haven't been mentioned yet!

Thank you.

Are you looking for a community who practise adoration a lot, or a community where adoration is really a whole part of the spirituality, asked by the founder ?

A friend have the same feeling than you. So far, she have visited/considered :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adorers_of_the_Sacred_Heart_of_Montmartre the Adorers of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre

http://ssfpa.org/ the sisters of St Francis of Perpetual Adoration

http://www.benedictinesisters.org/ the benedictine sisters of Perpetual adoration

And how can I forget the Little Sisters of Jesus : http://www.rc.net/org/littlesisters/ They are "contemplative in the heart of the world", and adoration is the center of their prayer life. The have the Blessed Sacrament in their home. They have been founded by Little Sister Madeleine, on the spirituality of Blessed CHarles de Foucault.

yes. in nashville there is adoration from after mass until noon (the retired sisters hold down the fort and pray for the sisters in the apostolate).

and then the blessed sacrament is exposed again during the community rosary and vespers.
