I, too, wondered whether the title referred to acidic liquid or to cranky speech. I'm glad it's the former, and I wish I could get hold of some!

Does anybody have that brother's cookbooks? Are they good? I mean, what with recipe websites around these days, with people rating recipes by the thousands, I don't even bother with cookbooks anymore. Are his worth it for some reason (aside from cutesiness)?
