Panic attacks, feelings of anxiety, claustrophobia, loneliness

Pham, please pray for me. I'm struggling with bouts of feeling like I'm on the verge of a panic attack...feelings of anxiety, claustrophobia, loneliness accompany this. It seems to stem from my having a physical disability that limits me. I go out often, weather permitting, just not every day--and in the winter only to church. Thankfully these feelings come and go, but they can be debilitating.
