Advent Bulletin Board ideas?

I am trying to think of a little quote/saying to go on our bulletin board along with the Advent wreath with an empty manger.
I work at a care facility for the elderly.
When residents do one of the "Advent actions," they can color a straw in the manger.
Does any one have any ideas for a short, sweet, and to the point phrase to put up with the other items?
