What's the best novena for administrative problems ?

So, the administration decided that I'm not disabled enough to qualify for full disability coverage. It's a doctor who lives in the North of France and never saw me who decided that. I've got a wheelchair, can't dress myself, etc... But... It's not enough ! So I'm going to fight back. 

What's the best, never-failling, novena that I can do ? Saints to pray ?

Edit: sorry to hear you're being given a rough deal by administration. Could it be a clerical error, or are they really saying you're not disabled 'enough'?
