Lamb Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 This feast is extra special to me now, because all throughout the time when I had no idea whether I was called to marriage or religious life, I would ask God, "Mary had her annunciation. Why can't I?" Last year on the feast of the annunciation (I had basically closed myself off to the idea of a religious vocation at this point) I went to Mass and suddenly I could not deny that I felt called to religious life, and then I realized the providence of the timing considering my prayer to have my own "annunciation"!
