Beautiful Performance by RSM of Alma

[katherineH]

The RSM of Alma performed a beautiful choral song at a school recently. Isn't it heavenly? They sing this on sisters' birthdays and feast days. I would personally enjoy this performance over the happy birthday song any time  Also, does anyone know the name of the composer or of the arrangement of this piece? I know the words are Haec Dies but I can't figure out what the arrangement is called...
