Annual Pitching for Priests Baseball Game

The diocese of Kansas City, Kansas and a couple of surrounding dioceses host a baseball game annually that's called Pitching for Priests. The diocesan priests play against the monks of St. Benedict's Abbey in Atchison, Kansas. The proceeds support seminarians. Here's a video (3:20) of highlights. This is amesome. I wish we had something like this in our diocese. It's so good to do something fun to publicly support our priests and seminarians.

Annually on Labor Day, the Dominicans student friars of the eastern US province play the Marians of the Immaculate Conception in softball. The Dominicans won their 9th consecutive match this year!
