Anomaly Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 I didn’t eat sweet potatoes for more than twenty five years because of the horror of them being baked with marshmallows. Nobody I know really likes that except my mom. But gravy on boiled cabbage is the bomb, followed by my mother in law’s sausage stuffing. My mom’s forte are the pies for dessert.
Era Might Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 It's all about the cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. Everything else is just dressing.
elizabeth09 Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 Mashed Potato, because you can`t have Thanksgiving without it.
little2add Posted November 21, 2017 Author Posted November 21, 2017 My mother-in-law’s “Hamburger Stuffing”was always my kids favorite thanksgiving side dish. It really is delicious
Luigi Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 Cranberry sauce as a side dish. Mince pie as dessert.

chrysostom Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Notwithstanding the disdain of others my favourite is a sweet potato casserole. :D
