Masturbation and Prostate Cancer

I keep hearing that masturbation decreases a man's risk for prostate cancer. I also heard about an unmarried man who was recovering from prostate cancer and his doctor told him that he needed to either masturbate or have sex to keep carcinogens from collecting in his prostate gland to decrease his odds of getting cancer again. These claims sound fishy to me.

Actually the science is sound. Doesn’t mean we are going along with it. There are good reasons to abort a child when the Mom has cancer. Doesn’t mean we’re doing that either.
