I think these are very appealing photographs and it's nicely designed. I was surprised to see how young the age  cut off date is. But maybe they think a group of widely differing ages wouldn't work.

Can I just say it? Virtual events are not the same... not even close. They may be helpful in answering questions, but it stops there.
