Wade The case, arising from a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks, could undermine the constitutional right established in Roe v. Wade. The case will be the first major abortion dispute to test all three of former President Donald Trump’s appointees to the top court, including its newest member, Justice Amy Coney Barrett. The top court announced in an order that it will hear the dispute, Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, 19-1392. linate Posted May 23, 2021 Share Posted May 23, 2021 the only reason they would have taken the case, is because they plan on significant or major changes to abortion case law. at least, the case seemed pretty settled as far as current case law dictates... so with all the new judges, major change seems the point, and likely. She also omitted the phrase, "Endowed by our Creator" in that passage too. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
