"Please keep in your prayers our English novice, Sister Josephine, has been extremely ill. She spent ten days in the hospital unable to take food and water, and the doctors could not find the cause. We thought the Lord might take her from us, but she miraculously began improving throughout our novena to Sister Wilhelmina for a cure. While it does not seem to be an instant one, we are confident it is underway, and that Sister will fully recover. Also, our Ava chaplain, Fr. Jeffery Jambon, fell very ill at the end of July and spent the entire month of August in the hospital. His health is improving little by little, thanks be to God. Please join us in prayer for the full recovery of both Sister and Father. We would be extremely grateful for any assistance you might be able to give towards the many expenses from their hospital stays. May God reward you a hundred fold!"
