Modest Women's Summer Shirts

I'm normally a turtleneck kind of gal, but that gets to be a little unsustainable when it gets into the eighties. Does anyone have any suggestions for retailers selling women's tops that are both cool and modest? I like the look of something like this (though I'd probably buy a size up so it would be a little looser), but I would love to hear your thoughts.

I usually just wear a loose t-shirt and make sure my shorts aren’t short shorts (unless it’s super hot and I’m not going out much like that-it can get pretty hot here). I found some nice elbow length blouses on Amazon for the medium weather around here.
