Santa Fe Carmelite Monastery is no longer autonomous

Carmel of Santa Fe was affiliated to the Association of St Joseph by a Decree of the Dicastery dated October 23, 2020.  Sister Mary Elizabeth, the Association Coordinator is now the Prioress.  

Mother Marie Bernadette of the Immaculate Conception was appointed as local superior on February 5, 2021.

At present, there are four chapter nuns, one junior professed Sister, and one novice in the community.
