I found a formula for those who cannot attend mass like myself (either because of impossibility or other things)

Hi, so this is a formula that I’ve discovered online and put up together for those who can’t attend mass like myself (either because mass doesn’t exist in your country like my case, or anything else), so here it is:

1- Recite the Mass of Saint John by Father Mateo, which unites you to all masses said throughout the world.

2- Recite the ‘’An Act of Spiritual Communion’’ By St. Alphonsus de Liguori (I may have spelled it wrong)

3- Recite the ‘’Prayer to Your Guardian Angel when you cannot attend mass’’ prayer and send your guardian angel to mass instead

4- Recite the ‘’Prayer of St. Padre Pio After Communion, the Stay With Me Prayer’’

That’s it ! I hope this helps somebody. I'm doing this everyday, because I cannot attend mass, simply because there is none. I hope one day to travel outside of my country to attend a physical mass, but this at least offers some consolation. Jesus really did think of everything.
