I find it so difficult to understand or believe that God is fair and just

There are many verses in the bible talking about God's justice and fairness, and even more in the catechism (CCC 1977, 2009, 2007, 1934, 1836, 1947, 1867, 2832, and 1937 these doctrines teach mostly about god’s equality, justice, and fairness.). About how God is all fair and loves everybody equally and is just. but I don’t think the concept of justice fairness or equality applies to God. I think they are all entirely human concepts that do not apply to God, but why does God claim to be just and fair? I believe that God clearly has favorites, he chooses to bless some people forevermore and create them in much better circumstances while others he decides to never bless and create with disease or in such dire circumstances, it is not fair to the creation that some of them should suffer and some of them should be blessed forevermore, all decided by God for reasons we’ll never know. I also don’t think it’s fair that we are created without our own consent, I personally wouldn’t want to exist had I been given the choice. I once talked to a person who was adopted by a white family in the US from a chinese adoption agency. She is catholic by virtue of her adoptive family being catholic and she was talking about how god truly saved her because he had a purpose for her and he loves her so much. Well that honestly felt like such a slap in the face because I wasn’t adopted by a family neither were millions of other kids and they all mostly became homeless/trafficked or died very young due to bad living circumstances and inadequate care and opportunity or just because of the hell that they went through. I asked her ‘‘well what about the millions he didn’t save? Does god hate them? Why didn’t he save them despite them being no different than you’’? And she just stared at my face not saying a word. So clearly god chooses who to save and who not to save and who to bless and who not to bless, this isn’t even about being deserving of blessing or not, because she was just a baby and so was I and so were millions of other kids, yet they weren’t saved but she was. It is not fair to the rest of the children that they were saved but she was. I don’t believe in luck, and I genuinely think that luck doesn’t exist, but sometimes I just doubt myself as to whether or not luck truly exists. Are some things just sheer luck ? But if luck doesnt exist then it can't be that. I think everything is the way they are because they could not have been any other way, because god fated them to be the way they are. And a lot of people even some catholics tend to believe in karma or a similar concept but karma absolutely does not exist and it is very incongruent with the teachings of Christ. God never punishes anyone for their bad actions the way He doesn't reward good actions, these all have to do with you and what you choose to put yourself through in the end because Hell is not a punishment it is separation from God, and if you don't believe in God and do bad things that purposefully separate yourself from Him this isn't God punishing you it's condemning your own self. Can there be justice without punishment ? If someone murders me and they truly repent and go to confession and renounce their sins, He will go to heaven as well, and if I go to Heaven too I'll be in the same place as my murderer. So truly what is God's justice ? What's God's fairness? How is God just or fair?

Here's how I see heaven/hell and God's justice.  When we die, we will be sent in the company of people who resemble us.  The liar will be surrounded by liars, the murderer will be surrounded by murderers... the honest man will be surrounded by equally honest men and so on and so forth.  We will spend eternity surrounded by those who are mirrors of ourselves.

Those who truly repent of their wrong doings, will be alleviated the company of those guilty who have not.  The difference between them is for God to judge, as He only sees the depth of all hearts.
