HomeTeamFamily Posted September 1, 2004 Author Posted September 1, 2004 fantasy football is a game where you first draft a certain amount of players from all different positions (qb, wr, rb, te, k, d) as well as a team defense. you then choose a certain amount of players from those you drafted (one qb, 2 rbs, 3 wrs, a te, a d player, a kicker, and a team defense). then.....after all of the games are played for that weekend.....you are awarded points based on how the players you played that week from your team played in real life for example, you get one point for every 20 yards that a running back runs so if i have stephen davis and he rushes for 140 yards and no touchdowns, i get 7 points from stephen davis then, all of the points your players earned that week are totaled and compared to the fantasy team that you were matched up against for that week if you win that matchup you get a win for your record and then at the end of the season there are playoffs to determine the fantasy champion got any other questions just ask!

HomeTeamFamily Posted September 1, 2004 Author Posted September 1, 2004 bump.....the draft is set for sunday sep 5 at 1130 pm......but if you cant make it you will have a team drafted for you based on the prerankings what prerankings is is a list of the best players to draft.....if you arent there, the computer automatically drafts your team based on the highest ranked player on your preranked list that is still available......yahoo has a set preranking but if you want to change it so you have a better chance to get your fav player you can change the prerankings
