Birgitta Noel Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 I'm praying for Vera and for all those in FL. The hurricane is just now starting to come ashore, so I think it's safe to say that what you all heard was just her loosing her internet connection etc. The storm has weakened to a category 2 which is in some ways good news for those in FL, but it has also slowed down and is going to dump a lot of H2O in the areas it hits. May God bless all those in the path of Frances, especially those who did not heed the warnings to evacuate and the newscasters, weathercasters, and disaster recovery/emergency planning folks whose jobs place them in the path of danger. Mary our Mother, protect us in danger.
