curtins Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 where do all u ppl get these sigs from????? i heard paint or photo shop- i have paint but i couldnt make mine look anywhere near as good as all urs do how do u guys get urs to look so good??????? and how do u do make them too?
Iacobus Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 I use Photoshop. However, I am assuming you aren't as dumb as the Rockford public school system and will pay 650 dollars for Photoshop. You could download the free trial but by time you get good the 30 days will be gone. I would recommand a freeware program called "THE GIMP!" www.gimp.org But I shall assume you don't know how to compile the source code, at least I don't know or am too lazy to try, Thus I recommand this site [url="http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/"]http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/[/url] They have the code complied and have a Windows Installer. However, make sure you download the runtime enviroment, help files, and The Gimp 2.

Thy Geekdom Come Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 To place it in your signature, go to "My Controls" and click the "Edit Signature" option. Hit the img button, type the address for the image, and press the img button again. Then click "Update My Signature."

immaculata Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 I used Paint Shop Pro for mine.. I played around with the layers and the clone brush until I got the effect I wanted. But the rounded corners, I had to email it to someone with Photoshop to do that for me. I'm not sure how to do that on Paint Shop..
