Serious topics

Why doesn't this board have any deep converstions about faith? It just a bunch of games and polls and stuff and don't get me wrong I love games and polls but couldn't we have some really good serious topics too? Or is it only people under 20 can't be serious. i don't know just wondering.

Aloysius has tried and tried to get more serious posts in this board. I agree with you! Games are fun, but there can get to be too many random threads and game threads! Maybe start one on teen suicide or a place where we can talk about our futures and how we may be nervous about them.

I LOVE open mic... but I come here to just chill and not get to upset or worried over anything. Like... stress release...

There aren't any really serious topics on this board because this board actually isn't very active in the first place...it never has been...I've been here for like a year and a half, and I don't get to come here that often anymore, but I still see topics up from the last time I was here...like when I was a very active member....ya know? But yeah...if you want a deep topic, you gotta start it!

There have been a few 'heated arguments' on this board (on something as light as Pride and Prejudice to something heavier such as Iacobus versus the Right Wingers), but in the end, who really cares? More important topics can go in the places where they belong 1) the Open Mic so everyone can see or 2) the Debate Table
