Anyone else think that Theresa Heinz-Kerry would be the most annoying First Lady in our lifetimes? I really don't like her...

I wan't her to win. She's actually Republican, she just switched so her husband wouldn't look stupid. Chances are, once he loses, she dumps him and admits she's republican after all.

But what's with the "Laura Bush never held a real job" nonsense?

And better question, why didn't the NEA come to her defense? <_<

Shes a proabortion repub

So is Laura, but she is leaning towards more prolife views, thanks to George.

I think Laura Bush is the Jackie Kennedy of our time, she is so classy. ^_^

I never thought we could ever have a First Lady more annoying than Hillary Clinton ... until Teresa Heinz Kerry came along. ;)

Teresa Heinz Kerry is condescending. I don't think she meant to diss Laura Bush with the "real job" comments but the way it came across was a lifelong wealthy woman really out of touch with the rest of us. I don't know if her condescending tone is intentional -- I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she needs to learn to think just a tad longer before she speaks.

I prefer Laura. She's pure class.

Now whether or not Teresa bugs me more than Hillary.... ehhh... the jury is still out on that. ^_^

I think Mrs. Kerry is pro-abortion because of her personal experience.
She was taking a certain medication and found out she was pregnant...she was happy but her doctor told her that she couldn't have the baby because it would have such bad birth defects it probably would not live... :sadder:
She did not have an abortion, her body naturally terminated the pregnancy..but ai can see how something like this could influence a person, going through a preganency knowing that your child will more than likely die....

That doesnt condone prematurely ending its life. It still deserves a chance regardless.

My Mother had a still birth, that didnt make her want to abort every baby that came after because of the chance of all 6 of us dying was possible.

I am just giving you a little background on the woman,
I repeat she did not abort her child.

The scary thing is that she could have been a first lady in a REPUBLICAN White House. Had her previous husband, Sen. John Heinz, not died in a plane crash, he would have been a strong candidate for the presidency.
