Work At Target?

I heard that Target supported Planned Parenthood but then stopped. I don't know if that's true, though. But even so, it would only be a sin to work there if you took a job there for the specific purpose of supporting abortion. But if it's feasible for you to work elsewhere, I'd recommend that you do so.

No. But I work for Walgreens. Or what I affectionally call it, "The Great Satan". We (actually they) sell condoms and other birth control, but I needed money for school so I had to take the job.

Well tell that to a Chicago Archdiocese that kept on increasing tuition. My Catholic high school knew I was leaving for financial reasons and didn't offer me a beaver dam thing. I was a good student, never caused a problem, but if you don't have money at a Chi Arch school they leave you out in the cold. I was dumb enough to get a job to pay the tuition to COME BACK there after spending a year at a public school. It hurt my grades and left me bitter. Probably the worst decision I have ever made.

you know what store i like? Wal-Mart. they are so full of mulletheads but the cool thing too is they got rid of all their FHM, Stuff, and Maxim magazines because they were too racy! isn't that cool!!!

Just about anywhere you work if its a store or like a Walgreens, or Wal Mart, or even the grocery store, they sells condoms, and if they have a pharmacy they more than likely sell birth control pills. It's kind of unavoidable to support stores that sell these items when you need groceries or medication.

MC Just, I'd say to take the job at Target but still keep your eyes open for other opportunities. I don't believe it would be a mortal sin for you to work there, I'm not sure about venial, but my personal opinion is that it would not be--you'd have to ask your priest about that.
