Messianic Jews

My circle of friends is largely made up of "Messianic Jews", who do all the Jewish stuff: the 613 laws, the 7 holidays. They also believe that Jesus is the Messiah. The big difference between them and Catholics is that they believe that there is no New law/covenant, and Jesus never intended us to quit following Jewish law and tradition. They honestly are seeking the truth, and are not even certain that they are positively right. I would love to help them find the truth of the Church. How? What sould I say? Thanks for your help!
