Sinful?

My question has two parts, actually more like 3.

Is it sinful if you have an ejaculation while sleeping?

If the night before you were "flirting" with a girl a lot, but not doing anything sinful persay, but just flirting, would that make it a sin if it wasnt before?

And is it a mortal sin or venial sin or nothing.

There is no sin because there was no intention or deliberate action.
