The Christmas prayer request thread

just dawned on me that I should do something like this.. was going to post in the "Christmas presents for the pham" but I think this deserves a threa of its own..

Ok this thread is basically a place to spill your guts on what intentions you would like prayed for.. Nothing is to be considered too big or too small, there is not to be a such thing as "too few" or "too many intentions".. fire away! Just do it all in cahrity ofcourse Its ok to just state " special intention" for privacy and all that if you wish.

I know there is a prayer room but this way you can just put a whole bunch of requests down as you think of them.. an keep the flow going

try to keep the thread a little serious and dont let it get too silly though please


TO start off, Im going to ask that you pray for a peaceful Christmas season.. I always get a little anxious on a holiday.. worried something bad going to happen.. so I will ask you pray.. for a pieceful holiday for my family an I THank you!

Ok. I'll add for everyone taking finals soon, that we don't get too overwhelmed. Also for my puppy who has a cold which makes it really hard for her to breath because her nose is so short. Next for my bestest buddy Matt, that he gets happier, he's been kinda down lately.

Ill ad some more... that I am able to sleep better.. fewer headaches.. dont get as depressed...for all the depressed, the homeless, the poor, the sick..the fallen away Catholics..

That this under-the-weather feeling I'm getting doesn't turn into a full-blown cold...or worse, the flu.

That our family can make it through Christmas financially and spiritually.

That someone sees my dad's resume and offers him a job in Maine.

For my two aunts with hepititus

For my other friend, going through alot of rejection from the other youth group kids. It's really hard for her considering she's known them for at least 4 years.

For my dad, that he can keep his job until he has better benifits and that when and if they do fire him that being fired from a job he's worked at for 22 years will not hurt him too bad.
