I'm not a big beer drinker. But I LOVE beer battered fish, and coagulated milk curds and well...I like almost evrything beerbattered. But I really especially like fish beer battered.

Guinness is a good beer but it doesn't travel well. So if you're not near a Guinness brewery it smells of elderberries. I had some in Ireland and I liked it.

And the idea of "low carb beer" is a huge pile of dung. If you're partaking in an object of indulgence you might as well do it right.
