DancesforLove Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 My parents don't pray about anything, they just tell me I'm wrong and the Church is wrong and tell me I'm not allowed to convert! So I'm SOL until I'm in college

We're manipulative she says. I just wish she could understand how much I love the church. really. and know whats funny, her hating it so much has almost made me want to love it more. But i love it so much as it is i cant see loving it more. Man we have an awesome God!

[/quote] awwwww... My mom got me encouraged to become Catholic.. now she has fallen away basically.. shes "Too busy" for Mass.. Thank God I have my aunt edited typo.. Edited January 2, 2005 by Tony

Tony Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 one more thing.... I know its easier said than done.. but rather if your family doesnt like you being devouted... or Catholic at all.. please do not give up hope.. pray for them. Pray that your family sees the Church through Mary and Joseph's eyes.
