I got a letter from the state council there that they would look over applications a lot better for their halls. When we stick together we accomplish a lot!

Did you know that the pentagram (upside down star) was originally used by Isreal and various druid related cults? In modern day, the pentagram is usually associated with Satanism, but really has no deep meaning in it other than a mixture of symbols from ancient cults, which is what Satanism is. An example would be the pentagram with the Mendes goat on it, which is a clear mix of the goat (symbol of the devil), magick, and some sort of ancient paganism. There is also the 6 pointed star (hexagram) that is used by the Jews and free-masons. Then there is 7 point star, used by "faery" Wicca, and the "double star", 10-pointed star that is used by various cults that are usually associated with the Gnostics and other Medeival timed religions. Raven Posted November 22, 2003 Posted November 22, 2003 Yes, I knew that, but the upside down pentagram was also once used to represent the horned god, or the green man, basically father nature, but now-a-says it's used in Satanism, which unfortunately associates the upside right pentagram along with that, which isn't really fair.
