It really helped me get through some really tough times when I moved away to GA where Catholicism was really unpopular and I had a really tough time b/c the whole sex scandal thing started in the middle of my freshmen year. I recommend it to everyone, especially college kids b/c some much Jesus bashing junk is literally thrown at you everday!!!
